Booking and attending your first session with The Synergy Method™ is simple, smooth, and designed to make you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Here’s what you can expect from the process:

2. Complete Your Intake Form
After booking, you will receive a short, confidential intake form to gather some basic information. This form helps me understand your history, specific concerns, and preferences so we can make the most out of our first session together.

If you’d like, we can have a quick call or email exchange before the first session to ensure that we are aligned with your goals and expectations. You can ask any last-minute questions and feel completely prepared.

You’ll also have access to ongoing support between sessions, whether through email or quick check-ins. Healing is a process, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
